These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Camacho Recycling website at camachorecycling.us, our recycling center services, and our text message (SMS) receipt program. By using our services or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. About Camacho Recycling

2. SMS Terms — text message receipts
Program description. Camacho Recycling offers customers the option to receive a digital copy of their transaction receipt by text message. Messages are transactional only and contain the receipt number, date, amount paid, and a secure link to view or download the receipt. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
How you opt in. You opt in verbally, in person, at our counter when a staff member asks whether you would like your receipt by text message and you provide your mobile number and confirm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of selling recyclable materials to Camacho Recycling.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your transactions — typically one (1) message per visit.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Messages are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information are used only to deliver your receipt. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Receipts & transactions
Digital receipts are a convenience copy of the transaction record created at our counter. The signed record retained by Camacho Recycling is the authoritative record of the transaction. Receipt links are unique to your transaction; please do not share them.
4. Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information about our locations, hours, accepted materials, and services. Prices and accepted materials may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Our website and text message program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camacho Recycling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the SMS program, including delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
